If you’ve been listening to 88.1 over the last few weeks, you’ve heard KDHX DJs introduce a new tag line: Independent music plays here. We’re proud of our independent spirit and of our community. The new KDHX logo and catchphrase will help the whole world get to know that spirit.
KDHX is rolling out a new radio schedule. As we continue to build our audience and strengthen our programming, the changes will make 88.1 more accessible and enjoyable for longtime and new listeners alike. 
My colleague and friend Larry Weir -- who passed away on January 13, 2010 -- didn't just make an impact here at KDHX -- he represented the heart and soul of the station. As one of the first five employees, Larry helped shape what this organization has become.
